The Bakery was founded over 100 years ago. In March 1996 the “Perli” and the “Donini” bakeries united. And this is the origin of the name “Doper”. The production has increased a lot during these years. Today you can buy over 15 kinds of bread and sweet products, fresh or frozen bread, the former mainly for the Paganella Plateau, the latter is distributed in northern Italy. The quality of the products is also certified with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
There is a small shop also at the campsite in Molveno.
