VALIDITY: Molveno tickets purchased online can be used for one day at your convenience within 6 months from the date of purchase . Some activities are seasonal (open only in summer or open only in winter). Tickets for these activities can be used within the season in which the purchase has been made.
BOOKING: Tickets for almost all activities of Molveno are bookable. It is always recommended to make a reservation. You can make the reservation during the purchase procedure, subsequently by clicking the link you will find on the ticket that will arrive to you; attached to the payment confirmation email or go directly to the cashier without booking with the ticket (in this case we do not guarantee the possibility; to enter at the desired time).
The reservation refers to the entrance. For example: if you book at 16.00 and you see that the next bracket is; scheduled at 4.30 pm means that you will have to arrive for entry between 4.00 pm and 4.29 pm.;
If you want to change a reservation you can do it up to 4 hours before the same from your account or by clicking on the ticket again. You have to cancel it. You can then rebook.
ON YOUR ARRIVAL: In any case, take all tickets with you and show them to the reception desk. You will be given an electronic bracelet with which to enter and exit the turnstiles. Loss of the bracelet will incur a penalty of 10 euros (also for season ticket holders).
Daily Ingress - The ticket is valid for 1 ingress
- The reservation refers to the entrance. For example: if you book at 4 p.m., this means that you must present yourself for entry between 3.50 p.m. and 4 p.m. at the ticket office;
- In the case of activities with a time slot, the time slot is the one indicated on the ticket or in any case must not exceed the time required to perform the activity for the number of times indicated on the ticket. These activities are, for example, tennis, bocce, football, boat and beauty centre;
- In the other activities, once you have entered, you may stay as long as you like within the opening hours for that day or the opening time slot relating to your entry if a split time is in force.
- Specifically for the "Boats" service, we recommend that you take care not to lose the bracelet that you will be given at the entrance. You will need the bracelet to leave.
- The penalty for loss is € 10.00.
- Tickets are non-refundable due to bad weather.
- In case of NO SHOW no refund will be made.
- You will have to be at the reception/cash desk 10 minutes before your appointment; if you are late we will have to shorten the service time; no penalty will be applied for this;

- By purchasing 1 ticket for admission to the Acquapark, you will have access to the following areas: waterslide, Olympic pool, water jets; heated outdoor whirlpool; 'lido' solarium garden.
- For admission, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for them and ensures compliance with the regulations;
- For family PACKAGE entry (2 Adults + 3 Children under 14), documents will be required to confirm age;
- The online purchase does not include reductions with the daily parking ticket;

- By purchasing 1 ticket for the Spa&Wellness entrance, you have access to the Wellness Centre, i.e. to the path that includes: Sauna, Steam Bath, Experience Showers, Hydromassage and Relaxation Area.
- For the Spa you need at least 1 cotton towel (not microfibre), although we recommend having 2 towels available, or 1 towel and 1 bathrobe, so you can wear the dry one when relaxing. Bath towels and bathrobes (large size) are available for hire. They are not included with the admission ticket. Other accessories are not included with the admission ticket and cannot be hired.

- It is possible to play from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. on each day the tennis centre is open by reservation (except in the event of adverse weather conditions).
- Each court is normally used by a maximum of 4 people. At least one of the persons must be an adult (14 years of age or older).
- The use of tennis courts, where not specified, does not include artificial lighting. If you intend to play after 8 p.m., we recommend that you purchase the ticket including artificial light.
- Tickets for the use of tennis courts do not include equipment (e.g. rackets and balls). It is possible to rent them on site. Tickets for the use of bocce courts include bowls.
- Tickets for clay tennis courts are valid for the use of a clay court for an actual playing time of 55', reserving the final 5' minutes of each booked playing session for court maintenance.
- To play, please wear shoes suitable for the terrain of the court you have booked. Clothing must be suitable (e.g. you may not play shirtless or in swimming costume).

- It is possible to play from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. (barring adverse weather conditions). If you wish to reserve the pitch for an evening time, you will have to combine your purchase with the hour of artificial light.
- Once you have purchased your pitch ticket you will have to present your voucher at the Camping reception.
- The use of the camp is for a maximum of 12 persons. At least one of the persons must be an adult (14 years of age or older).
- In the tickets for the use of five-a-side football pitches, no equipment (e.g. footballs, jackets, etc.) is included. It is not possible to hire them on site.
- The Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card discount is applicable if at least 5 of the players requesting the pitch booking have a Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card in their name valid during the booking period.
- Before using the pitch go to the reception or to the office. Bring the ticket with you and show it. You will be given a coupon certifying that you have booked the pitch for the scheduled time and day. This will be useful if there are other players occupying the court.
- To play, please wear shoes suitable for the artificial turf pitch (not football boots with cleats). Clothing must be suitable (e.g. you cannot play shirtless or in swimming costume).
GIFT CARD - Card RegaloGift cards allow purchases to be made at www.molveno.it and at the DOLOMIA WELLNESS cash desks within 6 months from the date of purchase of the gift card.
- The gift card is not nominative.
- The gift card is a value credit and must be used to pay for DOLOMIA WELLNESS products and services.
- Take the gift card ticket with you and show it at the cashier;
- The gift card can be used for several purchases, even at different times, and the credit will be deducted until it is exhausted.
- To view the remaining credit on the gift card you must be registered on the site. Once you have logged in by clicking on the little man icon at the top right and then on GIFT CARD you can enter the gift card code and view the remaining credit.
